Shipping Rates

Art-sam.com gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Shipping rates and tax fee may vary depending on the deliver address for your order.

We offer shipping services provided by the fullowing carriers: DHL , UPS , and Hong Kong Post (Air Registered Parcel and Speedpost Standard Express Mail Service). Or you may also suggest us your favourite carrier, if possible, we will arrange the corresponding procedures according to your request, please do not hesitate to contact us for further special requests.

Shipping rates are based on the Shipping Weight of your order, and the location of your deliver address.

The Total Order Price, including Discounts, Shipping Cost, etc will be displayed on the Checkout Page for your revision, before you confirm your order.

How do I take advantage of Free Shipping?

• All local orders (within Hong Kong) over US$49.99 are eligible for Free Shipping.
• Some products are classified as Free Shipping Items, and are indicated by the Free Shipping Logo on its product page.
  

If you combine free shipping items with non-free-shipping items, total shipping rate will only be based on the weight of non-free-shipping items. i.e. You still enjoy Free Shipping for free shipping items.

This shipping cost outline may also be helpful to you, however, please note that since there are different limitations imposed by each country, the accurate shipping cost and delivery timing is shown on the Estimate Shipping Page / Shopping Cart page.

Custom Tax

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

Duties and Taxes

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no contrul over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs pulicies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Privacy on Delivery

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our customers to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift" or "Sample" or "No Commercial Value".

Insurance

Some products must be insured for safety and uniqueness, which will be stated on the product description page. Other products may be insured upon customers' request.

Arrival of Shipment

Arrival of shipment varies by destination and custom inspections. Usually, shipment will arrive in 7-10 days to North America; 5-7 days to Europe and Australia by Hong Kong Post Registered Air Parcel. Products shipped by Express Air Parcel can be tracked online, we will issue you a delivery code and you may check your products at the carrier's website (DHL, UPS, or Hong Kong Post SpeedPost).

Package/Packaging

In order to avoid damages, all goods whatever fragile or sulid are packed safety and professionally by using strong wrapping bubble and foam in carton or wooden box ( if necessary ). It is not necessary to worry about our way of packing as we are long experienced in packing for export.

Returns & Replacements

The right of return for replacements or refunds are accepted and bounded by the fullowing conditions :

• You may return new, unopened merchandizes within 30 days of receipt of delivery for a full refund. Returned merchandizes must be in its original product packaging. A 15% handling charge of the product price and payment transaction fees will apply. Art-sam.com will be fully responsible for the return shipping cost and no handling fee will be charged if the return is the result of our error.

• Unopened merchandizes in original packaging and condition can be partially refunded after 30 days upon receipt of delivery.

• In case there has been damage in materials itself and we failed to state damage or restoration of the suld item in description. Satisfaction Guaranteed return for full refund.

• Art-sam.com is responsible for the damages due to causes of delivery but subject to providing reference pictures for a detailed analysis.

• The right of return for refund expires 30 days upon the date of arrival.

• We will not entertain any return for refund if there had been damage in materials due to external causes such as damage consequent upon obvious or suspected improper negligence made by buyers at or after the time of receiving the delivery and as will be determined by the circumstances.

• Refunds will be credited into either your Art-sam.com Store Credit or the original mean of payment (e.g. PayPal / credit card).

• Art-sam.com reserves the final decision upon the analysis and the rights of refund.

Exchanges

• Art-sam.com is responsible for a free exchange if you receive a faulty item which you do not wish to keep.
• If you would like to exchange for another item after the dispatch of your order:
  • Unopened items in original product packaging and condition can be exchanged with the charge of a 15% handling fee based on the product price plus payment transaction fees .
  • Opened merchandizes in perfect condition without defects upon our receipt of your return shipment can be exchanged with a charge of 25% handling fee based on the product price plus payment transaction fees .
• You do not have to wait for us to receive the item before you place your new order.
