What is Returning Customer Bonus Point Programme?

This programme allows customer to earn bonus points for future purchases. Bonus points are accumulated and counted in US dollars. Each bonus point is equivalent to US$ 1.

For each product you purchase, Art-sam.com rewards you a certain amount of bonus points according to the product price. You can see bonus points you will earn in each product page.

When can I use the bonus points?

As soon as you have placed your order and your payment is confirmed (Order Status as "Processing"), your bonus points will be credited to your account automatically.

You may use them whenever you want when you place your future orders after they have been credited to your account.

Expiration of bonus points

The expiration of your bonus points is 24 months since the latest order placed. In another words, you extend your expiry of your bonus points every time you place an order.

Where can I see how many bonus points I have in my account?

Login to your account and you can see your amount of bonus points you have in the My Account section.

Who can join this programme?

All customers who have or would like to create an account with us are automatically eligible for this programme.

Why is my bonus points "Pending"?

After you have placed your order, our staff will have to verify your order manually. After this your bonus points will be credited to your account.

This process usually takes around 1-2 hours.
